Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Space RADAR Payload I&T SME to guide, validate, and improve the AI&T process for space-based RADAR payloads. The role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to explain complex concepts to program management and cross-disciplinary teams.

The position is on-site in Linthicum, MD, with potential hybrid work depending on program needs. A BS in STEM with extensive I&T experience is required, with MS in EE preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 14 years relevant experience, 12 years with MS, or 9 with a PhD.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns for RADAR systems.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware to realize radar system operational modes and interfaces.
• No clearance required to start but must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during AI&T, providing timely resolutions to unforeseen challenges.
• Track progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders regarding test anomaly and test failure resolution.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
