Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 12 years relevant experience, 10 years with MS, or 7 with a PhD.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns for RADAR systems.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware for radar systems.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance; no clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot AI&T issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Track progress and report test anomaly and failure resolutions to management.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster continuous improvement.
