Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 12 years relevant experience, 10 years with MS, or 7 with a PhD.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns, including near-field and compact antenna range activities for RADAR systems.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware to realize the radar system's operational modes and command/control interfaces.
• No clearance required to start but must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot AI&T issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Track progress and report test anomaly resolutions to management and stakeholders.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
