Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Head of Programs for its Space Special Programs line. You will serve as the lead Technical Program Manager, overseeing day-to-day execution, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring contractual requirements are met while aligning the technical roadmap with the GM’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
• Experience managing multiple programs and program managers in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA desirable for the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering team, and define the technical path.
• Embed with customers to understand mission challenges and shape product development.
• Build and orchestrate solutions with engineers, ensuring all parties are engaged and informed.
• Plan sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones with clients and engineers.
• Grow business through customer success and meet commercial targets.
