Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Space Special Programs line. You will lead day-to-day program initiatives, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure contractual objectives are met in collaboration with the Head of Programs and Operations teams.

This role supports ongoing orbital programs across multiple space systems, requiring close coordination with customers and internal teams to deliver complex hardware and software solutions on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading space hardware or satellite programs.
• Strong understanding of space systems engineering and verification.
• Deployment and integration of complex hardware/software for national security space systems.
• Minimum B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years managing spacecraft or space subsystem teams.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
• Adaptive, eager to learn, teach, lead and follow.

Responsibilities

• Own project from start to finish with customer and engineering teams.
• Engage with customers to understand mission challenges and shape products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align engineering, logistics and finance.
• Develop sprint and execution plans with clients and engineers.
