Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Space Special Programs team in the Space domain. You will lead day-to-day program execution, coordinating with the Head of Programs, the Head of Operations, and the customer to satisfy technical objectives within contractual requirements.

This role supports ongoing orbital programs and multiple space system development contracts, requiring collaboration with engineering, product, logistics, and mission success teams to

Qualifications

• Experience executing engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
• Strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and verification/validation.
• Experience deploying and integrating sophisticated hardware and software for national security space systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering teams.
• Engage with customers to understand mission challenges and shape product development to solve them.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment, engagement, and informed decision-making across departments.
• Develop and communicate success paths, sprint plans, milestones with clients and engineers.
