Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Head of Programs for its Space Special Programs business line. The Head of Programs will lead day-to-day execution as the lead Technical Program Manager, interfacing with the GM to satisfy technical objectives and contractual requirements.

This role ties to ongoing orbital programs and requires coordinating across multiple space system contracts, with growth-oriented roadmap responsibilities and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience executing engineering or program management responsibilities for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple programs and other program managers in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and requirements verification and validation.
• Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems—particularly for national security space systems.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: TPMs are owners; lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team, develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate the projected product outcome with the customer.
• Embed/Engage: work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer to shape products with Anduril engineers.
• Build/Orchestrate: collaborate with engineers to build or pivot solutions, ensure engagement among engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, ops, and other teams.
• Plan: develop, coordinate, and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners, building sprint and execution plans.
• Grow our business through customer success: meet commercial targets, establish trust-based partnerships, articulate Anduril’s value proposition from executives to end users.
