Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Head of Programs for the Space Special Programs line to lead day‑to‑day execution, manage budgets and schedules, and align technical roadmaps with the GM.

The role partners with space hardware, software, and mission success teams to deliver on multiple orbital programs and contracts while ensuring contractual requirements are met. US citizen with TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience executing engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
• Experience managing multiple programs and other PMs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and verification/validation.
• Experience with deployment and integration of hardware and software for national security space systems.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads programs from start to finish with customers and engineering teams, defining technical paths and validating outcomes.
• Engages with customers to understand mission challenges and shape products that solve critical national security problems.
• Collaborates across internal teams to build solutions, manage budgets, and ensure contractual objectives are met.
• Develops, coordinates, and communicates the path to success with internal and external partners; builds sprint and execution plans.
• Drives business growth by managing relationships, commercial targets, and identifying future opportunities for Anduril's technology.
