Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Business Integration Manager to join our team supporting NASA Johnson Space Center programs. The role focuses on establishing baseline cost plans, coordinating across divisions, and ensuring task orders align with program requirements.

Responsibilities include managing GCAs/GTAs, reviewing ROMs and proposals for appropriate tax and labor rates, and mentoring SMs/PMs in budgeting and TO processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate support from diverse technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline plans and cost phasing; provide cost charts with the business office.
• Coordinate cross-division tasks and align new work with divisional requirements.
• Manage GCAs/GTAs integration and scope with SMs, EV Branch and Division management.
• Review ROMs and proposals to ensure taxes and labor rates align with contracts.
• Provide TMR support for JSC Engineering and Technical Services II (JETS II) project tasks.
• Guide and support in managing other contract task orders (e.g., SASS, NSEETS).
• Mentor incoming SMs and Project Managers on budget questions and TO requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
