Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Business Integration Manager to join our team. The role focuses on establishing cost baselines, coordinating government agreements, and aligning cross-divisional tasks with program requirements to support NASA and JSC initiatives.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders, mentor program managers on budgeting, and manage task orders within the SPICE system. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a related field are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate support from a wide range of technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline plans and update cost phasing plans for each system manager, providing cost charts for their TCSRs in coordination with the business office.
• Perform cross-division analysis to ensure proposed tasks/projects align with domain requirements by interfacing with internal stakeholders.
• Provide Technical Management Representative (TMR) support for JSC Engineering and Technical Services II (JETS II) including managing task orders and inputting data into SPICE.
