STI-TEC, Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Program Manager SME to support Space Systems Command's Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power and Battle Management programs. The role requires deep space acquisition expertise, DoD knowledge, and senior leadership to guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include advising on cost, schedule, and performance, coordinating issue resolution, and delivering acquisition recommendations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of extensive, relevant experience in support of space programs.
• Deep understanding of mission critical aspects of acquisition and DoD space launch, ground and sustainment projects.
• PMT 4010 Certificate (or predecessor course) where required for PM roles.
• Comp Cost & Req Sys, MAR Reporting Software, Microsoft Office Suite and TMT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice for all project life-cycle stages.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology and integration activities.
• Advise Government on cost, schedule, and performance matters.
• Manage portfolio information to align acquisitions, manpower, and funding.
