Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) is seeking a Program Manager SME to support Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power, and Battle Management C2&C program offices.

The role requires extensive DoD-space program experience, security clearance, and leadership to guide acquisition activities, with a salary range of $145,000 to $185,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• MA/MS degree required.
• 20+ years of extensive, relevant experience in space programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice for all project life cycle stages.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology and integration activities.
• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance matters to leadership.
• Assist portfolio management for acquisitions, manpower, and funding alignment.
• Identify and minimize interface and integration risks across programs.
• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure effective team communications.
• Maintain and analyze the acquisition forecast for consistency and gaps.
• Incorporate inputs from force design and future force shaping products to enhance planning.
• Draft and process program information for public release to industry and stakeholders.
