Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks a Program Manager to provide comprehensive support for space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice across all stages of the acquisition life cycle.

You will advise and assist the Government on cost, schedule, and performance matters while guiding program strategies. The role requires SME-level technical and programmatic insights, experience with JCIDS/DOD documentation, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
• BA/BS in related field
• 5+ years in DoD acquisition life cycle planning
• 5 years leading major defense programs
• 3-10 years experience with Space Force systems and organizations

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice across all stages of the acquisition life cycle.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology, future concept development, and integration activities.
• Revise or draft JCIDS and acquisition documentation for the Government program manager and support presentations to customers.
• Provide SME-level technical/programmatic status reports for individual programs or portfolios.
• Identify improvements to acquisition processes and guide feasible recommendations to reduce risk.
• Support earned value management and schedule analysis for DoD contracts.
• Assist with DoD DoD program budget and PPBE support, including funding actions and POM development.
• Assist integrated product teams and establish customer/Contractor interfaces.
• Assist Government in source selections subject to FAR 9.505-4.

Skills

TS Clearance with SCI eligibility

5+ Years experience in DoD acquisition

5 Years leading defense programs

3-10 Years Space Force experience
