Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Program Manager to provide comprehensive support for space acquisitions, engineering, and operations across all stages of the acquisition life cycle.

The role involves advising the Government on cost, schedule, and performance for advanced technology programs and integration efforts. You will revise JCIDS and acquisition documents, prepare SME-level status reports, identify process improvements, and support

Qualifications

• TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BA/BS in related field.
• 5+ years experience in DoD acquisition life cycle planning and documentation coordination.
• 5 years expertise in leading, managing, and contributing to major defense programs.
• 3–10 years experience with U.S. Space Force systems, particularly within Space Systems Command.

Responsibilities

• Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice for all projects across the acquisition life cycle.
• Support program acquisition efforts for advanced technology, future concept development and integration activities.
• Revise JCIDS and acquisition documentation and support presentations to customers.
• Prepare SME-level technical/programmatic status reports for programs or portfolios.
• Identify improvements and guide actionable recommendations to reduce risk.
• Support Government program manager on commitments, funding, and EVMS/schedule analysis.
