Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation seeks a Program Manager II to lead a program with end-to-end responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance. You will manage budgets, schedules and execution, and coordinate with engineering, finance, supply chain and operations to meet contractual requirements.

With experience in EVMS, CAM, BOE, FAR and CAS, you will drive complex program strategies, mentor junior managers, and build strong relationships with customers while pursuing Learning & Development

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience).
• 8+ years of related experience across program management disciplines.
• Certifications: Senior-level project management certifications preferred (e.g., PfMP).
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs with limited oversight and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program, IPT, or portfolio with cost, schedule, and technical performance responsibility.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Interface with finance, engineering, supply chain and operations; report status to stakeholders.
