Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a seasoned Program Manager II to lead a program or IPT, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance across initiatives valued under $100M. This role drives planning, budgeting, and execution while collaborating with engineering, finance, supply chain, and operations to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field (or a master's with 6+ years of experience).
8+ years of related program management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a program, IPT, or portfolio with cost, schedule and technical responsibilities.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor junior managers and drive continuous improvements in PM processes.
