Compass Group USA's ESFM unit seeks a Space Management Coordinator in Austin, TX. You will oversee day-to-day workplace planning, space utilization, furniture inventory, and office relocations, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and onsite teams to deliver projects on time and safely while meeting KPIs.

The role requires CAD proficiency, experience in corporate interiors, and strong reporting and collaboration skills to drive efficient operations and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of space management experience in corporate interiors, workplace operations, or related coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM/space management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAD floor plans, seating layouts, and furniture configurations.
• Coordinate office moves, relocations, and space modifications with vendors and internal teams.
• Track assets, conduct inventory audits, and manage service requests and project schedules.
• Prepare project task plans and ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, generate monthly reports, and present updates to leadership.
