ESFM, the facilities management division of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to support Austin, TX or Taylor, TX locations. You will handle day-to-day inquiries, issues and work requests for the building population and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

You will review work order requests, coordinate with vendors for supplies, manage vendor contracts, and oversee decor and breakroom services.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in Business Administration or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of the tech industry is preferred.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with computer-aided facility management systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Review internal work order requests and funnel tasks to appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and porter services for replenishment.
• Oversee scheduling of seasonal/holiday décor with external vendors.
• Manage refunds/maintenance on vending machines and breakroom services.
• Assist with employee wellness flower requests and plant maintenance.
