Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, TX, seeks a Space Management team member to oversee CAD layouts, seating boundaries, and office-area modifications for on-site staff. You will coordinate moves, maintain furniture inventories, and collaborate with facilities, IT, and other teams.

The role requires 3+ years in space management, CAD proficiency, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong project management plus communication skills. On-site position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CAD design experience focused on office space and furniture layout.
• 3+ years in space management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Experience with MS Office and space management software preferred (Service Now, Nuvolo).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and manage floor plan CAD drawings.
• Manage cubicle/department boundary seating and relocations.
• Coordinate people moves and building resets.
• Handle office area modifications (OAM) including cubicles and conference rooms.
• Maintain furniture inventory and quarterly warehouse audits.
• Process service requests for furniture and keys.
• Own spazio management projects end-to-end.
