Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret (TS) and SCI clearance; US citizenship required.
• Experience leading multiple teams and strong communication skills.
• Experience with spacecraft operations and working with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams and ensure alignment with IPT vision.
• Resolve blockers and address personnel issues.
• Ensure resource allocations meet tasking under SOW and drive efficiency.
