Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations & Training Deputy IPT – Level 4 in Chantilly, VA or Colorado Springs, CO, onsite only. You will lead multiple teams, resolve blockers, and ensure tasks align with IPT vision, while coordinating with customers and overseeing upgrades and projects.

Candidates must hold a TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years (or 6+ with a Master’s, or 4+ with a PhD) of leadership in space systems, and excellent communication skills to present complex concepts to engineers.

Qualifications

• Requires active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship.
• Experience leading multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills presenting technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams and ensure goals align with IPT vision.
• Resolve blockers and personnel issues.
• Ensure resources are sufficient for tasking and identify efficiencies.
• Maintain high team morale across the IPT.
• Work with customer reps to address concerns and facilitate conversations.
• Oversee special projects and upgrade efforts for the teams.
• Formalize and enforce process structure within SOW to prevent scope growth.
• Identify areas for business growth and cultivate relationships with teams and customers.
