Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations & Training Deputy IPT – Level 4 in Colorado Springs, CO or Chantilly, VA. This 100% onsite role supports critical missions and requires TS/SCI clearance.

The position offers a 9/80 schedule option depending on program needs. You will lead multiple teams, resolve blockers, ensure resource allocations align with the IPT vision, and foster high morale while coordinating with customer representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience or Master’s with 6 years or PhD with 4 years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Experience leading multiple teams and presenting technical concepts to engineers.
• Experience with spacecraft operations and working with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams and align tasks with IPT vision.
• Resolve blockers and personnel issues.
• Ensure resources meet tasking needs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain high team morale across the IPT.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on topics of interest.
• Oversee special projects and upgrade efforts.
• Enforce process structure within SOW to prevent scope growth.
• Identify areas for business growth and strong team/customer relations.
