Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Staff Operations & Training Deputy IPT in Colorado Springs, CO or Chantilly, VA, onsite with a 9/80 schedule potential. You will lead multiple teams, resolve blockers, manage resources, and align work with IPT goals while coordinating with customers.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, advanced degrees, and proven leadership across dispersed teams; spacecraft operations knowledge and training program experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of professional experience.
• Master's degree with 10 years of professional experience.
• PhD with 7 years of professional experience; 4+ years in lieu of degree considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple teams and ensuring goal setting and tasks are in-line with IPT vision.
• Resolving blockers and personnel issues.
• Ensuring resource allocations are sufficient for tasking and identifying areas for efficiency or enhancement.
• Setting and maintaining high team morale across the IPT.
• Working with customer representatives to address concerns and facilitate conversations on topics of interest.
• Oversee special projects and upgrade efforts for the teams.
• Formalize and enforce process structure and ensure work scope is bound within SOW to prevent scope growth.
• Identify areas for business growth and cultivate a strong working relationship with teams and customers.
