Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Operations & Training Deputy IPT in Colorado Springs, CO or Chantilly, VA. This 100% onsite role may follow a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, depending on program needs.

Responsibilities include leading teams, removing blockers, and ensuring resources align with the IPT vision while maintaining morale and customer collaboration. A TS/SCI clearance and space operations experience are required; advanced degrees are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of professional experience, or Master’s with 10 years, or PhD with 7 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SAP access and US citizenship.
• Proven leadership managing multiple teams and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and align tasks with IPT vision.
• Resolve blockers and manage personnel issues.
• Ensure resources meet tasking needs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain high morale and customer relations; oversee projects and upgrades.
