Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks a Space Mission Program Manager to lead and coordinate internal and external engineering, manufacturing, and test activities. You deliver high-performance space systems to government and commercial customers on time and on budget, with accountability for must-work space systems in missile warning, defense, or ISR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years' related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• 5 years’ experience in engineering or equivalent developing high-complexity systems.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance with U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• On-time, on-budget delivery of projects.
• Maintain schedules, risk lists, procurement plans, subcontract plans, manpower plans and budgets.
• Report regularly to Millennium Executive team and to the customer.
• Track deliverables and present design and progress reviews.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Responsible Engineering Authorities to meet requirements within budget.
