Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Space Portfolio Mission Director to ensure program success through integration with ground segments, launch prep and on-orbit operations. Strong leadership across engineering disciplines and stakeholder communication are essential.

Candidates should have extensive spaceflight operations and program management experience, with active TS clearance and DoD program exposure.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of Spaceflight Mission Operations experience.
• 10+ years previous experience in project management or leadership roles.
• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules and baselines for all programs.
• Coordinate integration with leadership, customers and partners.
• Oversee contractual responsibilities from hardware delivery through launch and disposal.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive PM best practices.
• Manage system tests including pre-launch and on-orbit testing.
