Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Production Program Manager, Space, to own space vehicle assembly, integration and test across product lines, coordinating scheduling, cost and risk. Qualifications

• 8+ years in program, project or production management in aerospace/defense or similar hardware.
• 3+ years owning schedule and execution for a hardware program.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Operations/Industrial Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planning, production, manufacturing engineering and supply chain leadership on priorities and delivery commitments.
• Own the integrated manufacturing and AIT schedule across multiple product lines and run critical path analyses.
• Drive weekly execution, surface slips with quantified impact, and drive recovery plans.
• Define and monitor manufacturing KPIs from NPI through full-rate production.
• Build and maintain the production cost model with Sourcing, Mfg Engineering and Finance.
• Serve as manufacturing and AIT counterpart to program managers and chief engineers.
• Own manufacturing and AIT risk: maintain risk register and mitigation.
• Integrate MEP process steps into program plan and ensure proper funding (NRE).
• Represent production in milestone reviews, brief customers and leadership on status, readiness and risk.
• Engage vendors to align delivery commitments and integrate milestones into the schedule.
