Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to drive high-volume, security‑intense manufacturing programs within the AIS division. You will partner with engineering, supply chain, operations and finance to drive ramp, reliability and cost‑effectiveness while maintaining manufacturability.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, process development, and agile production management to hit production milestones on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, engineering/technical roles.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing environment and supporting processes.
• Experience launching new products with condensed timelines.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence cross functional teams.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal strike team leader to identify, analyze, and resolve the most complex operational issues.
• Lead transition to production readiness with process optimization and cost effectiveness.
• Partner to build agile production management processes for time-sensitive outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and finance.
