Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Facilities and Site Manager for its Space Manufacturing labs across three sites. You will own facility systems, the cleanroom and contamination-control program, safety, equipment, and material flow to keep builds on schedule.

This hands-on leadership role starts as a working manager, with plans to hire and grow technicians while you personally perform core facility tasks and scale operations. US salary range discussed; on-site role with TS clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years operating or managing a manufacturing lab or cleanroom.
• 3+ years operating an ISO-classified cleanroom (ISO 5–8).
• 2+ years working with cleanroom facility systems — HVAC/AHUs, monitoring, gowning.
• Hands-on safety experience with hazardous materials and gas handling.
• Experience managing lab equipment and asset tracking across 50+ tools/assets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of Space Manufacturing lab spaces across three locations.
• Build and lead site support team including contamination-control and facilities staff.
• Coordinate building services, maintenance and moves across locations.
• Own contamination-control program for ISO cleanrooms (gowning protocols, monitoring, certification).
• Coordinate cleanroom and facility systems (AHUs, monitoring, gases) across sites with vendors.
• Serve as safety point of contact for hazardous materials handling and audits.
• Manage lab equipment, calibration, and asset tracking; ensure readiness of tools.
• Drive SOPs and audit-ready records for cleanroom and facilities.
• Lead transition of work into Valinor facility — plan space and staffing across phases.
• Partner with AI&T, manufacturing engineering, and programs to sequence work.
