Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the campus interior and exterior. The right candidate will have electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, strong multitasking, and excellent communication skills to ensure safe, functional, and efficient operations.

Required is 8+ years in related facilities work, an engineering-focused associate degree, and a proactive, compliant approach to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in aerospace, defense, automotive or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Certified Facility Manager credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations across a large campus.
• Partner with site leadership to support rapid expansion.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and utilities.
• Develop scopes for MEP projects as campus evolves.
• Collaborate with equipment owners on moves and workflows.
• Source, negotiate and manage contracts with maintenance providers.
• Manage facilities budget and track expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
