Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager for the Space Manufacturing team to lead production planning across multiple product lines, overseeing manufacturing engineering, test operations, and supply chain to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in program, project or production management in aerospace, space, defense or another complex hardware industry.
• 3+ years owning schedule and execution for a hardware program.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with planning, production, manufacturing engineering and leadership on strategic priorities and delivery commitments.
• Own the integrated manufacturing and AIT schedule across multiple product lines and monitor the critical path.
• Drive weekly execution, convene cross-functional cadence, and push for on-time delivery with mitigation plans.
• Define, deploy and monitor manufacturing KPIs and manage gate readiness and risk reporting.
• Build and maintain the production cost model with Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering and Finance.
• Represent production in proposals and reviews, briefing customers and executive leadership on status and risk.
• Engage vendors and partners to align delivery commitments and integration milestones.
