Job summary

Anduril Industries in Colorado seeks a Facilities Manager to support operations across its Broomfield, Boulder, Ft. Collins, and Colorado Springs sites. You will oversee maintenance, vendor management, space planning, and day-to-day facilities activities.

You will scope MEP work, manage capital projects from conception to handover, coordinate equipment moves, ensure ESH compliance, and partner with safety and operations teams. The role requires ownership, independence, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience supporting aerospace, defense, automotive and other types of manufacturing facilities.
• Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with ESH management in a facility.
• Experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, gantry cranes and hoists.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Independent worker with high ownership and low ego; results oriented.
• Attention to detail with 100% compliance to company and regulatory requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in an industrial space including production and test support.
• Scope mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work as the space evolves.
• Project manage capital improvement projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate equipment moves and ensure utilities and workflow are optimized.
• Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and Health for compliance.
• Oversee two warehouses and resolve workplace activities.
• Navigate fire suppression, HVAC and related repairs to support spaces.
• Help set a high-performance culture with senior leadership and a professional image.
