Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage recruiting logistics, coordinate between recruiters, coordinators, and the hiring team. You will learn our business to discuss programs with candidates and client groups, and you will process contractor conversions.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s or associate degree with 1+ years in recruiting or HR, experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, and strong MS Outlook and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associates degree with 1+ years in recruiting or HR.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
• Strong MS Outlook and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear communication with all levels, including senior management.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting logistics between recruiters, coordinators and the hiring team.
• Learn our business to discuss programs with candidates and client groups.

• Partner with recruiters to align on candidate profiles
• Drive program management to measure hiring efficiency
