Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 1+ year recruiting experience
• Ability to speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with strong team contribution

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting logistics, coordinating between recruiters, coordinators, and hiring team
• Learn about our business to discuss programs with candidates and client groups
• Process contractor conversions
• Partner with recruiters to align on candidate profiles
• Drive program management to measure hiring efficiency for the scope/core area
