Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in recruiting or related roles, and experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, plus proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years in recruiting, HR, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite interviews.

• Speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups.
• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing.
