Job summary

Camgian is seeking an Executive Director of Capture Management in Huntsville to lead strategic growth across Space and IAMD programs. You will identify, shape, and win opportunities with USAF, USSF, and related agencies, guiding capture lifecycle and multi-year campaigns.

The role demands senior leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to align Camgian’s Reactor-based solutions with defense modernization priorities while expanding pipelines and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Business/Management/Marketing or relevant technical degree preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience; military operations or acquisition background preferred.
• Experience with DoW R&D program offices and product solutions delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy and execution for opportunities ranging from $1M to $100M+ total contract value.
• Develop and maintain a strategic growth roadmap across U.S. Space Force and U.S. Air Force mission portfolios.
• Establish and manage multi-year campaign plans aligned to customer modernization priorities.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment, addressable market, competitive positioning, and win probability.
• Provide executive leadership with actionable market intelligence and investment recommendations.
• Demonstrate mastery of the capture lifecycle, developing capture plans and proposals for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders on business development plans.
• Develop customer profiles, identifying target needs and the best way to address them.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment and understand Camgian's capabilities.
