Redwire is seeking an organized, creative Project Manager I (Space Hardware) to support and assist Program Managers in Marlborough, MA. The role involves tracking action items, managing documents, coordinating invoices and orders, and ensuring program milestones are met.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, with experience coordinating multiple projects and leading teams toward goals. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Eng Tech, or related field required.
• Prior experience planning, scheduling daily meetings or priorities.
• Previous experience leading a team to reach project goals or objectives.
• Prior experience managing multiple projects and delegating priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Track and follow up on program action items.
• Create reports identifying program requirements, schedules, status, and test data.
• Support requests from customers and internal departments.
• Create, coordinate, and track invoices, requisitions, orders, shipping documents, and quotes.
• Schedule meetings with suppliers to review products/services.
• Facilitate communications between internal departments for customer inquiries.
• Help solve issues blocking progress and suggest process improvements.
• Organize and maintain customer program documents on shared servers/MS Teams/SharePoint.
• Help manage material flow to meet program objectives.
• Track program status with manufacturing, test, and engineering against milestones.
• Perform tasks efficiently and timely.
• Maintain oversight of activities and track resolutions.
• Communicate needs and goals with team members.
• Identify solutions through research of industry practices.
