Job summary

Redwire Space in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Project Manager II (Space Hardware) to lead program execution, manage budget, schedule, statements of work, and contract deliverables. The role interfaces with customers and drives milestones across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 5+ years in project or program management within aerospace or related engineering fields, with willingness to travel and ITAR-compliant eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (technical or engineering preferred) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience with aerospace/space engineering, manufacturing, or related engineering work.
• Experience delivering products through production lifecycle with customers.
• Willingness to travel.
• US Citizen or US Person per ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Manage program budget and resources across the performance period.
• Act as primary customer interface.
• Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly milestones.
• Assist PMO in developing and improving program management systems.
• Drive business development and maintain margins.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to enable project execution.
