Job summary

Redwire Space in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Project Manager II (Space Hardware) to lead programs, ensuring the budget, schedule, statement of work, technical specifications, and contract deliverables are met. You will serve as the primary customer contact and drive milestones across the program lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, managing risks and scope, and maintaining margins while delivering high-velocity space hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, technical/engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in project or program management.
• Experience with aerospace/space engineering, manufacturing or related engineering work.
• Experience delivering products through production lifecycle with customers.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• US Citizen or US Person per ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage program budget and resources across performance period.
• Act as primary customer interface.
• Create and manage milestones daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist PMO in developing/improving management systems.
• Drive business development and maintain positive margins.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver state-of-the-art projects from start to finish.
