Redwire Space in Marlborough, MA seeks an organized Project Manager I (Space Hardware) to support Program Managers and ensure program milestones are met. You will track action items, manage documentation, and coordinate with finance, quality, and engineering teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience leading multiple projects. Travel up to 10% may be expected. Competitive pay is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field required.
• Prior experience planning and scheduling daily meetings or priorities.
• Experience leading a team to achieve project goals.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delegating priorities.

Responsabilités

• Track and follow up on program action items.
• Create reports identifying program requirements, schedules, status, and test data.
• Support program managers with customer and internal requests related to goals and deliverables.
• Create and track invoices, requisitions, orders, shipping documents, and quotes.
• Schedule meetings with suppliers to review products or services for the program.
• Facilitate communications between internal departments to resolve program issues.
• Identify improvements in internal processes and product flow to unblock progress.
• Organize and maintain customer program documents on shared servers and MS Teams/SharePoint.
• Help manage material flow to ensure deliveries meet objectives.
• Track program status with manufacturing, test, and engineering against milestones.
• Organize and monitor activities, identifying issues and tracking resolutions.
• Communicate needs and goals with colleagues and team members.
• Research industry practices to identify solutions to issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
