Job summary

Trident Systems Space Electronic Systems (SES) division seeks a hands‑on Program Manager to lead technically complex hardware development programs in space environments. You will own cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Contracts to meet commitments.

Ideal candidate has leading hardware programs in aerospace/defense, with strong contracts/SOW expertise, MS Project proficiency, and PMP or path to certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 6+ years with bachelor’s, 4+ with master’s, or 10+ years if no degree.
• Experience in program management and/or technical project leadership.
• Experience leading hardware development programs in aerospace/defense/space/electronics.
• Strong understanding of contracts, SOWs, milestones, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned programs and manage cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Contracts.
• Develop budgets, track costs, and provide monthly financial reporting inputs.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Maintain risk registers and facilitate regular risk/issue reviews.
• Mentor Associate Program Managers and drive PM best practices.
