Job summary

SEAKR Engineering seeks a high-energy program manager to lead design, development, test, and delivery of satellite electronics. You will be empowered to deliver on time and on budget, with accountability for quality and performance.

The role requires 5–12 years of experience, a degree in engineering, and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Colorado-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–12 years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management in Cost Plus or Firm Fixed contracts.
• Ability to lead and adjudicate technical decisions across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program to schedule, cost, quality and performance targets.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead and motivate the program team across functions.
• Manage resources and interdepartmental requirements in a matrix organization.
• Create baseline schedules, logs, and monitor program health metrics.
• Develop proactive risk management processes.
• Lead major program gate reviews and change control activity.
• Support negotiations and change proposals; EV management experience.
