Job summary

EnduroSat in Denver, Colorado seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end satellite programs for customers. You will oversee planning, execution, and on-orbit operations, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, launch, and mission teams to meet objectives.

The role requires a strong technical background, financial acumen, and proven leadership in managing complex aerospace programs, with on-site work and periodic travel to Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.
• 7+ years in aerospace or satellite systems.
• 3+ years in program or project management roles.
• End-to-end satellite development and mission experience.
• Experience as a systems engineer on on-orbit flight projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee satellite build, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage risks, budget controls, and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead the full program lifecycle from proposal inputs to mission operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and mission ops.
• Organize system design reviews and major program milestones (PDR/CDR).
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Develop and track program budgets and schedules with forecasts.
• Ensure deliverables meet high quality and timelines.
