Job summary

SEAKR Engineering, Inc. seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to ensure on-orbit satellite programs meet mission objectives. You will use knowledge of satellite systems, payloads, and operations to support integration and testing of payload missions.

Qualifications include a BS in Engineering, 0–3 years in engineering, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance. Experience in MO Centers and with modeling tools such as STK or AFSIM is desirable.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering is required.
• 0–3 years in an engineering role.
• DoD Secret clearance eligibility.
• Experience in a Mission Operations Center or Satellite Operations Center is desired.
• Experience with modeling & simulation environments such as STK or AFSIM is a plus.
• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical tasking based on current program priorities and action items.
• Support Satellite passes in Payload Operations Center (POC).
• Conduct daily standups to support MO lead tasks.
• Run Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Flat Sat and support testing.
• Contribute content to the satellite pass contact plan.
