Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced product design and development environment.
• 5+ years designing and developing complex electronic hardware from concept to production.
• Passion for hardware development in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
• Ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
• Experience in building and managing teams of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and expand a team of electronics engineers.
• Collaborate to define and architect next-generation electronic systems.
• Oversee lifecycle of electronic hardware from design to verification.
• Develop project schedules to align hardware development with program timelines.
• Drive the design process including circuit board design and system integration.
• Lead debugging, board bring-up, and system validation.
