Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
5+ years in a fast-paced product design and development environment.
5+ years designing and developing complex electronic hardware from concept to production.
Passion for hardware development in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
Experience in building and managing teams of engineers.
Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and expand a team of electronics engineers.
Collaborate to define and architect next-generation electronic systems.
Oversee lifecycle of electronic hardware from design to verification.
Develop project schedules to align hardware development with program timelines.
Drive the design process including circuit board design and system integration.
Lead debugging, board bring-up, and system validation.
