Job summary

SEAKR Engineering seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to ensure on-orbit satellite programs meet objectives by leveraging knowledge of satellite systems and operations. You will support integration and test of payload missions, working with CONOPS, electrical, software, and test aspects in aerospace.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
0-3 Years in an Engineering Role.
Desired: Experience in a Mission Operations Center or Satellite Operations Center.
Desired: Experience with modeling & simulation environments (eg: STK, AFSIM).
Strongly Desired: Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Execute technical tasking based on current program priorities and action items.
Support Satellite passes in Payload Operations Center (POC).
Assist MO lead with daily standups.
Run Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Flat Sat and support testing.
Run Satellite Tool Kit (STK).
Contribute content to the satellite pass contact plan.
