Job summary

Everforth Apex in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst to monitor and maintain C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 environment, providing first-level technical support and documenting events.

The role requires U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD 8140 IAT Level II certs, and experience with UNIX/Linux/Windows and network troubleshooting; on-site in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and networking systems.
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, etc.) maintained during employment.
• Experience in system and/or network administration (UNIX, Linux, Windows) and troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of designated systems.
• Provide first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting of local hardware, software, and networks.
• Document and report all events and issues to leadership.
• Receive tasking and direction for operations, tests, and real-world events.
• Assist in maintaining user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
• Operate and sustain mission systems for operational and training missions.
• Troubleshoot data flow with internal/external agencies to establish network connectivity.
• Perform other duties as required.
