Job summary

Arcarithm is seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA-G) in Colorado Springs to monitor and maintain the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 environment supporting Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense.

The role requires DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher certification and involves providing first-level support, troubleshooting across UNIX/Linux/Windows, and coordinating with leadership for incident response and training missions.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining large-scale computer and communications systems/networks.
• Experience in system and/or network administration (UNIX, Linux, Windows).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CISSP etc.).
• Must maintain DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period.

Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will perform daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 environment.
• Provide first level technical support and initial troubleshooting for local hardware, software and networks; document and report events/issues to leadership.
• Receive tasking and direction from leadership for operations, tests and real-world events.
• Assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
• Operate and sustain the mission systems and training systems for operational and training missions.

Job Title: Global Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA-G)

Level: T4

Required Clearance Level: Top Secret/ SCI

Position Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will be part of a team that performs daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of the C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense.
• The candidate will provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC-G hardware, software and networks. The candidate will document and report all events/issues to leadership.
• The candidate will receive tasking and direction from the leadership for all operations, test & real-world events.
• The candidate will also assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO. Operates and sustains the C2BMC-G mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions supported by C2BMC's presence in the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC).
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
• Experience in system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows).
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components.
• Experienced in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.
• Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP).
• Candidate will be responsible to maintain DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of C2BMC System or Missile Defense Systems
• Experience using Confluence and Jira
• Basic scripting (Bash)
• Active Directory experience

Education Required:

• Generally has 1+ years of related experience and may have a postsecondary degree or training in a related discipline.
