Job summary

Procom, on behalf of a Defense industry client, seeks a Regional Computer Operations Support Analyst for an onsite role in Colorado Springs. The analyst will monitor, operate, and troubleshoot C2BMC systems in a 24x7 environment, serving warfighters and reporting issues to the Watch Officer.

The position requires active DoD Secret Clearance and DoD 8140 IAT II+ certification, with experience in UNIX/Linux/Windows administration and network hardware such as Cisco/Juniper.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher
• Experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems
• Experience in system and/or network administration (UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper)
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software components
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Perform daily system monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC systems
• Provide first-level technical support to the warfighter
• Troubleshoot local C2BMC hardware, software, and networks
• Document and report events/issues to the C2BMC Watch Officer
• Assist with hardware/software installations as directed by local SMEs
• Create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO
