Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Global Computer Operations Support Analyst (COSA-G) based on-site at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. The role supports C2BMC-G mission systems with 24x7 operations and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and 8140 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with 2 years’ experience; or a Master’s degree with 0 years; or 6 years’ experience.
• Requires current Government-Issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher at time of application.
• Requires current Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application; rotating 24/7 shift work.
• Background in operating and maintaining large-scale computer and communications systems.
• Experience in UNIX/Linux/Windows system administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring, operations, and maintenance of C2BMC-G systems in a 24x7 environment.
• Provide first-level technical support and initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and document system and network events; report status to leadership.
• Receive tasking from leadership for operations, tests, and real-world events; follow timelines.
• Assist in user account administration and security practices per ISSO guidance.
• Coordinate with internal/external agencies to troubleshoot data flow and connectivity.
• Operate and sustain C2BMC-G mission and training systems for availability and reliability.
• Contribute to runbooks, procedures, and documentation through continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties to support C2BMC-G operations and Missile Defense mission.
